Is there a way to prevent people from commenting on my site?

You can control several comments settings on your website. To do so, please follow these steps to access the comment settings.

1. Log into the admin control panel (admin.gutensite.com).
2. Click on the Admin tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on the Settings module.
4. Click on the Comment settings link on the left side of the page. Here you can modify specify if you want to require manual approval before comments are published, set comment order, require an email address, etc.
5. Update settings and click Save. 

If you want to completely disable comments on your blog, you can also turn those off in your "Blog Category" page.

1. Go to "Content" section.
2. Go to "Blog" and then click on "Categories" in the left column.
3. Select your category and edit.
4. Switch to the Advanced tab.
5. Under "Display Elements" remove "Visitor Comments" from the list of options. That will hide the comments from your blog details page.
6. Click save.

Now, to delete the comments on a blog post, all you'll need to do it go the "Review Comments" section of the blog module and click the trash icon to delete it. To get there, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the admin control panel (admin.gutensite.com).
2. Click on the Content tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on the Blog module.
4. Click on the Review Comments link on the left side of the page.
5. Delete or Edit comment
