How to Schedule a Future Publish Date

1. Edit Your Content or Stream
   • Open the editor for the article, page, or stream you’re working on.
2. Access the Publish Menu
   • Click the small ▼ (triangle) next to the Publish button in the top-right corner.
3. Choose “Schedule Publish”
   • Select Schedule Publish from the dropdown.
4. Set Your Date & Time
   • Use the date picker and time fields to pick exactly when you want your changes to go live.
5. Confirm
   • Click Schedule (or Set Publish Date) to lock it in.
   • Your item will automatically publish at the specified date and time.

Tip: After scheduling, you can return to the same menu to reschedule or cancel before it goes live.

How to “Unpublish” or Remove Content

While there’s no single “Unpublish” toggle, you have several ways to pull content offline:

1. Revert to an Earlier Version
   • Open the item’s editor and click Versions in the left-side menu.
   • Select the last published version you want and click Publish again.
2. Hide or Disable
   • In any editor or on your Content/Streams list, hover over the item and click the power (⏻) icon.
   • This hides the content from public view without deleting it.
   • Toggle the power icon again to restore visibility.
3. Delete Permanently
   • In the Content or Streams list, hover over the item and choose Delete (trash icon).
   • Confirm to remove it entirely from your site.

Tip: Use Hide/Disable when you might need the content later. Use Revert Version if you simply want to undo recent edits.
