How to Create a New Property Page

1. Open the dashboard
   • In the left-side navigation, click Content.
2. Click the Gate icon (hover text: “Create Property”).
3. Enter Core Details
   • In the Main tab, fill out the basics: title, description, photos, beds/baths, square footage, price, and address.
4. Add Optional Information
   • Use the Advanced tab for extras like virtual tours, floor plans, and downloadable documents.
   • Use the Agents tab to link one or more listing agents.
5. Enable Dynamic Listing (Optional)
   • To include this property in tag-driven lists (e.g., on your homepage or neighborhood pages), add the relevant tag in the Destinations field at the top.
6. Publish Your Property
   • Click the orange Publish now button.
   • The page will refresh, and your new property listing will be live.
