How do I create a new filtered list page (MLS IDX)?

1. Open the Dashboard
   • In the left-side navigation, click Content.
2. Start a New Filtered List
   • Click the “Sign with House” icon (hover text: “Create Filtered Property List”).
3. Configure Core Settings
   • In the Main tab, enter your page title and any introductory text.
4. Select Your Data Source
   • Scroll to Display Options at the bottom of the Main tab.
   • Set Data Source to your MLS/IDX feed (e.g., “Exclusive,” or your specific provider).
   • You must choose at least one MLS provider for listings to appear.
5. Preview Your Listings
   • Click Preview Results (below the Display Options) to verify your filters and feed connection.
6. Add Optional Details
   • Use any Advanced sub-tabs to:
     • Refine search criteria (price range, beds/baths, neighborhoods)
     • Customize sort order or default filters
     • Add page metadata or SEO settings
7. Enable Dynamic Placement (Optional)
   • To surface this filtered list in other streams or pages, add a tag in the Destinations field at the top of the editor.
8. Publish Your Page
   • Click the orange Publish now button.
   • The page will refresh, and your new MLS/IDX filtered list will be live.

Pro Tip: Use preview frequently—especially after changing filters—to ensure your list displays the exact properties you want.
